The North Branch Creamery, of this town, presided over by John Doebereiner, last week put in one of the Disbrow combined churn & butter workers, & last Friday, it was set in motion for the first time. It works the whole churning in 2-5 minutes. The butter is churned, washed, salted & worked ready for packing before it is taken out of the churn. |

Fred Weiss sold his place, occupied by him as a meat market, to Gustav Fehrman, for $2,500. Mr Weiss will open a market in some other place than Jeff. The property Mr Fehrman thus acquires he, for many years, occupied as a saloon when owned by JC Lacey. He will remove his saloon from the Puerner block into his new quarters. |
