John J Spangler has secured the contract for the mason work on the new iron bridge across the Crawfish at Adam Fernholz's farm. Chas E Braman will drive the piles necessary & do all of the hauling. Work has already commenced. |

Chas E Braman brought the large 80hp boiler for C Stoppenbach's Son's from Watertown to Jeff without accident. It weighs nearly 6 tons 7 hauled by 4 horses. |
